Enum Tier

  • All Implemented Interfaces:
    Serializable, Comparable<Tier>

    public enum Tier
    extends Enum<Tier>
    Store data with different strategies, ranging from most performant to lowest cost. Tiering is best-effort and some providers will map lower tiers to higher ones.
    • Enum Constant Detail

      • STANDARD

        public static final Tier STANDARD
        Optimize for access speed.
      • INFREQUENT

        public static final Tier INFREQUENT
        Balance access speed against storage cost.
      • ARCHIVE

        public static final Tier ARCHIVE
        Optimize for storage cost. Some providers may require a separate call to set the blob to STANDARD tier before access.
    • Method Detail

      • values

        public static Tier[] values()
        Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

        name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
        Returns:
        the enum constant with the specified name
        Throws:
        IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name
